(Per Press Association) Dunedin, May 11. Mr Gillruth, the Government Veterinary Surgeon, visited the property of J, C. Anderson, at Stirling, yesterday and satisfied himself of the presence of swine teyer among the pigs. He goes to Stirling again to-morrow to arrange for the disposal of the pigs. Chkistchurch, May 11. At a meeting of 25 settlers at Cheviot, resolutions were passed urging the Government to make some concessions in rents, in view of the fall in the price o* produce.
