The Japan-China Treaty.
(Per Press Association). Shanghai, May 9. It is reported that France is demanding the cession of the Pescadores bj Japan. The ratification of the treaty is to be exchanged at Chefoo. Cholera is raging among the Japanese at Taliewan.
