The French in Siam.
[Per Press Association], Bangkok, June 10. The Siamese Government has refused to bring into Court Mandarin Plirayot, who has already been tried and acquitted \)f the assassination of a French officer, which brought about the dispute between Fiance and Siam. They allege they are afraid the French will seize and place him on board a gunboat. A deadlock has consequently occurred. June 11. M. Devillcrs, French envoy to Siam, urges France to retain Ohautoboou owiug to tho refusal of the Siamese to yield up Phrayot. French warships have been ordered to Bangkok to support the demand for the surrender of tho Mandarin Phrayot, who was the cause of the death of a French officei*. _^^^_________
