Resignation of the Rev A. Hermon
+ At a meeting of St. John's vestry, held this morning, the Kcr A. Herraon informed the meeting that owing to urgent private aifairs he had placed bis resignation in the bauds of the Bishop, to take effect on July 31st next, and that he hoped to sail for England with his family in tlie Kimutnka on August 4th. . It was resolved " That the members of this vestry desire to place on record their regret on learning from the Rev A. Hermon that he has placed his resignation of the the cure of Feilding in the hands of the Bishop, and to express their heartfelt thanks for the many kindnesses they have received at his hands during his residence in Feilding."
