Whittaker-Hutchison Libel Case
LP«JB UNITED PBRSS ASSOCIATION, j Wellington, February 20. It is understood that an appeal will be made against the decision of the Chiei Justice in the case of Whitaker v. Hutchison, in which His Honor refused a motion for a review of his former decision to retain references in the statement of the defence to the accounts of Sir Harry Atkinson and Mr Mitchelson. The Appeal Court sits in May, and if the appeal is made the main action cannot, of course, be heard until it has been disposed of.
