RANGITIKEI HUNT CLUB • STEEPLECHASE. The following are the results of the Eangitikei Hunt Club Steeplechaso Meeting, which took place at Marton on Saturday : — Hack Hurdles, of £15. Distance ' about 2 miles : — Zag-Zig, 1 ; Madcap, 2. Dividend, £5 6s. Hunt Cup Club, of £20. Distance, about 3 miles :— Sir Garnet, I ; Piako, 2. Dividend, £4 10s. Hack Flat Race, of £20. Distance, 1£ miles :— Nutmeg (disqualified) f Delphine, 2. — Dividend £5 4s. Nutmeg reached the post first, but was disqualified for crossing. Maiden Hack Steeplechase, of £10. Distance, 2 miles : - Owhiti, 1 ; Gladius, 2. Dividend, £2 2s. Flying Hack Flat, of £10, Distance, |- mile :— Oaklands, 1, Divi* dend, £10 16s. Ladies Biucelet, of £20, Distance, 2 miles : — Sir Garnet, 1 ; Piako, 2. Dividend, £3 10s. Forced Handicap, of £10. Distance 2 miles : — Nutmeg, 1. Dividend, £2 13s.
