Florida Castellano, an Italian on his travels, said to be nephew of Signor Crispi, the Italian Premier, has recovered £1000 damages from the Grosvenor Hotel Company at Sydney, The Company sued Castellano for £47 for his hotel bill. He paid £35 into Court, and put in a counter claim of £200 damages for a wrongful arrest on a writ. The jury found for the plaintiff Company for £49, and costs, and for the defendant, £1000 and costs. Wheat has sold at 5/6 in small lots, but large offerings withdrawn. Flour is unaltered. Feed grains are dull. Oats 3/10 to 4/- and prime seed 4/3. Barley is neclected feed sold at 4/.
