Five hundred-guests were present at the Mayor's reception, when the i Mayor of Sydaey delivered the addrjesß of welcome to the visitors. The Mayors of the principal cities af all the colonies, with tile exception of Western Australia were present and responded to the address. In the Assembly to-night, the debate on Sir H. Parkes' vote of censure motion is still proceeding.; October 13. \ The debate on the vote of censure oil the Government proposed by Sir '-Henri'. Parkes has been adjourned uotil tonight. . . . ...''. The guests for the muuicipal jubilee will be taken on a trip round the harbour to-day. - Later. The Vote of censure on the Government, proposed by Sir H. Parkes, was negatived. * Adelaide,' October 13. The Legislative Council rejected the bill providing for the payment of members, wjiicb was recently passed by the House of Assembly.
