Wellington, June 22. George Thomas reports : — Oats are exceedingly dull ; several large parcels having arrived, lias had the effect of weakening market rates. For really good feed oats I quote 2s 6d, and milling, 2s • 7d to 2s 8d ; several shipments of inferior samples have been cleared at 2s 2d to 2s 3d ; bran, £4 10s ; pollard, £5 15s ; fowl wheat, 3s 6d to 3s 9d ; oatmeal, £14 ; I bacon (Canterbury], Bid ; hams, 10|d ; farmers' cure, 7d all round ; cheese, 6fd to 7d, with active inquiry ; butter, 9id to 10-jd ; potatoes, £3 5s to £3 10s ; onions, £8 to £9.
