Feilding R.M. Court.
THIS DAY. (Before H. L. Sherwill, Esq., J.P.) MALICIOUS INJUBY TO PBOPEBTY. Macarthur v Signal. — This was the case adjourned from last Thursday week, in order that the E. and C A. Corporation might produce their title to the property in question. The accused made his appearanoe, and the case was again remanded to Wednesday next in the R.M. Court, Feilding. Accused was allowed the same bail as before, viz., himself in £50, and two other sureties of £25 each, and was again liberated.
