Tn particularsing the class of work that could be undertaken by women in a temporary emergency especial stress was placed on the milking and feeding of dairy cows. The secretary of the branch stated that the scheme was being enthusiastically supported in Morrinsville.

It was resolved at last executive meeting in Auckland to refer the matter to the Southern Thames Conference with a view to the incorporation of any recommendations they may make to the Provincial Conference of the Union in May.
