CHURCH COMMITTEE
ANGLICAN PARISHIONERS ANNUAL MEETING HELD The annual meeting of parishioners of St. Andrew’s Anglican Church was held after Evensong last evening in the Parish hall when the following officers were elected: Vicar’s warden, Mr C. L. Metge: people’s warden, Mr.lt. Curd; vestry. Messrs L. W. White, W. T Cheeseman. L. K. Brown, G. Haslam, F. .1. Lownsborough and A. V. Fox; auditor. Mr C. F. Blanchard (re-elect-ed). It was explained that as Mr Blanchard is serving with the Forces, his locum tenens, Mr H. Stubbs, would undertake the duty. Mr Stubbs was thanked for carrying out the audit for the year recently ended, as was Mr A. V. Fox who audited the hall accounts.
