STRAYING BULLS
IVIAES!UREWA PROSECUTION DECISION RESERVED The Manurewa Borough Council proceeded against D. Meliaffy in the Papakura Court last week in a case in which several bulls under the alleged control of one D. Meliaffy of Manurewa, are said to have strayed on Madia Road on March IP. At lire July Court the council's prosecution failed presumably on the wording of Hie charge. At last'week’s Court the Council look action under the same statute, it is understood, hut differently worded to the July prosecution. The Magistrate last Thursday, however. said ho would reserve his decision.
