Miss A. B. Clark, of Hamilton, is relieving mistress at the Patumahoe school. Misses V. Gaskill and L. Pulman, of Ramarama, have returned from i visit to the Centennial Exhibition at Wellington. Miss E. Fletcher, of Ohaupo, has been appointed infant mistress at the Patumahoe school in succession to Miss D. Mullins and will take up her duties after the first term vacation. Votes of sympathy with Mr J. Mill on the death of his son. Mr C. Noilsen on the death of his mother, the relatives of the late Mr F. Byrne, a local referee, and Mr T. W. Maben (secretary of the Auckland Rugby Union) were passed at Wednesdays meeting of the South Auckland Rugby Union.
