RUGBY LEAGUE.
PAPAKURA CLUB. Two very good practice matches were held on Prince Edward park on Saturday by the Papakura Rugby League Football Club. Quite a number of promising young players took part among them being J. Fogarty, exSouth Auckland and Manukau Rugby Union representative. The club intends entering five teams in the various grades in the Auckland Rugby League competition.
