INTER-CLUB MATCHES. PLAY ON SATURDAY. TWO POSTPONED MATCHES. Two postponed matches to finalise the arranged programme were played on Saturday. Playing on their home courts Pukekohe B scored a two-point win over St. James and brought their total points for the season to 13, thus holding their position as the leaders in group 3. At Karaka, Pukekohe East played another even game with the local team scoring a two-point win by 77 games to 67, bringing their total points for the season to Id. The East.players can he considered unlucky as they have come through the season without once being beaten outright. The teams in this group were of remarkably even strength, six of the 12 matches played resulting in a tie on matches.

In the B grade, Bombay A and Runciman A played off to see which would enter the final as winners of group 1. This match resulted in a win for Runciman A by nine matches to five.
