CLEARANCE SALE ON TUESDAY. TOP PRICE, 25 GUINEAS. The clearance sale of the- Roslyn pedigree Jersey herd, from the estate of the late Mr James Harris, of Bombay, took place at Messrs Alfred Buckland and Sons saleyards at Pukekohe on Tuesday. Some 65 animals were sold fur £707 0s 6d, the average price being about Hi, guineas. Included in this number were several calves. The top price, 25 guineas, was paid by Mr C. Alma Baker, of Port Waikato, .for the four-year-old cow, Roslyn Ellen. The next price was 24 guineas, which sum was paid by Mr J. A. Court for the yearling heifer, Roslyn Genoa Empress.
