RESOLUTION. In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by Section ll> id' flic Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913 (an Order-in-Council in pursuance of Section 20 of the Finance Act, 1911), having been obtained authorising the Council to borrow) and with the consent of the ratepayers of the Paluma-hoe-llunter’s (New) Road Special Rating Area in Franklin County, comprising the lands described in the schedule hereunder, testified by a petition signed by not less than threelourths of the ratepayers in the said Special Rating Area, the capital value of whose properties as appearing in Ihe Valuation Roll of the said County is collectively greater than the capital value of the properties of the ratepayers who did not so consent, the .Franklin County Council hereby resolves, by way of Special Order, as follows:—For the purpose of the survey, legalisation and construction of the PaCumahoc to Hunter’s (New) Road the Franklin County Council hereby authorises the raising of a loan of ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED POUNDS (£1200) at per centum per annum, the said loan Lo be repaid by 73 half-yearly instalments over a period of 36| years.
