RUSSIA RENEWS DEMAND FOR PERSIAN OIL CONCESSIONS

The Russian Government, after some months of silence, has suddenly presented the Persian Premier, (Gliavnm Sultaneh, with a renewed demand for oil concessions in North Persia, says the diplomatic correspondent ,of ‘The Times.’ quoting a Tass announcement. The Russian Ambassador gave the Premier a draft treaty with a request for its approval by the new Parliament.
