PRETORIA. August 18. Oswald Pii'ow, former South African Minister of Justice, appeared in court on charges of contravening the Riotous Assembly Art. 'Hie summons alleged that Pirow, in an article headed “ Take the Law Into Your Own Hands.”'which appeared in ‘ The New Order.’ incited other persons to commit offence.;
