BOLD IN THE FINALS OF MIDLANDS TENNIS TITLES
LONDON, July 13. In the final of the men’s doubles of the Midland Counties tennis championships, Crawford (Australia) and Bold (New Zealand) beat Taneeescu (Rumania) and Slack 4-6, 6-3, 6-4. In the mixed doubles final Taneeescu and Miss Stoodley-Morgan beat Bold and Mrs Phillips 6-4, 2-6, 6-2.
