FINED FOR FALSE INCOME TAX RETURN

■ False income tax returns made by Lawrence Patrick Howard resulted in his appearance in the Police .Court this morning before Mr J. D. Willis, S.M. He was stated by Mr J. J 3. Deaker,’ for the Commissioner of Taxes, to have; made false returns for the years ending March 31, 1943. 1944,* and 1945. Although Howard's wages;as a bar-i man at the.
