AUSTRALIAN GIRL HAS SLEPT FOR SIX MONTHS
(Rec.) 8 a.m.) MELBOURNE, July 13. Specialists yesterday examined at the Royal Melbourne Hospital the young woman who has been asleep for six months. She is Miss Rita Argali, aged 25 years. During the period of coma her relations have been feeding her with a spoon. has had a mysterious illness since the age of 18. Once she went to sleep with her right hand gripped tightly round her left wrist. When doctors broke the grip she awoke. The specialists have not yet made their diagnosis public.
