RUMANIA REJECTS U.S.A. AND BRITISH PROTESTS
(Roc. 9 a.in.) BUCHAREST, .July 12. TMie Rumanian Government lias sent Notes to the American and British Ambassadors rejecting protests against recent political arrests in Bucharest. The Notes said the protests constituted an interference with Rumania’s internal affairs.
