Orange Tart.—6oz Fether-Fiake. 1 egg, 1 orange (grated rind and juice), 1 slightly heaped tablespoon cornflour, J-pint water. 2 tablespoons sugar. Bake the Fether-Fiake on a plate. Mix the cornflour smooth with the orange juice; put all ingredients except the egg into a saucepan; bring to the boil, and then add the yolk of the egg. Pour into the Fether-Fiake case; cover with meringue made with beaten egg white and 1 tablespoon sugar. Brown in cool oven.
