EIRE GOVERNMENT BANS SEVERAL ENGLISH MAGAZINES
(•Rec. noon.) DUBLIN, March 16. The ‘ Dublin ’ Gazette ’ announced that the Fire Government had indefinitely banned the sale and distribution of the ‘ Sundnv Pictorial.' ' The People.' ‘ London Opinion.’ and * Lilliput.’ It so banned the American-owned ‘ Magazine Digest ’ for six months The ban is imposed on the grounds that the publications have “ frequently been indecent.” The inderdict includes ‘ Home Chat,’ .which advocates birth control. '•
