FRENCH MILL WORKERS RESUME
(Rec. 8 a.m.) PARIS, May 16. Workers in Pans flour mills, who went on strike on May 13, voted by an overwhelming majority to return to work and to accept a compromise to their demands for increased wages. The decision followed a threat that French troops would work the mills.
