WEDDING

MILLER-POLLARD. The marriage of Alargaret Joan, elder daughter of Alajor W. Pollard and Airs Pollard. St. Clair, to Mr William Leslie Aliller, only son of Air andi Airs W. Aliller. of Christchurch, was solemnised at the St. Clair Presbyterian Church, the Rev. D. Alartin being the officiating clergyman. For her -wedding gown the bride chose all-white embossed cloque in classic design, surmounted by a beautiful silk net veil, .falling from a double coronet adorned with orange blossom. She carried a bouquet of white rosebuds and dahlias. The bridesmaids, Aliss Clare Pollock and Aliss Alargaret Jack, wore powder blue wool crepe marocain featuring a gathered waistline, rucked shoulders, with a heart-shaped neck line, and they carried all-gold bouquets to tone with their head-dress of flowers.
