Ahearn, president of.th» ' Ottawa Electric Railway Company, announced that lie has ,settled an annuity of 100 dollars a montih, on Igor Gozenko and Mrs Gozenko “ because of the great and important services Gozenko rendered Canada.” Gozenko waa formerly cipher clerk in the Soviet Embassy. ”He took documents from the , Embassy which led to the .Canadian espionage investigation.
