INCIDENT IN GHINA (Rec. 10.30 a.m.) SHANGHAI, April 2. In three successive attacks, planes, which are reported to have belonged to the Chinese Nationalist Government, bombed and machine-gunned a tank landing craft at Wanshens while it was unloading Unrra supplies at the Chinese Communist port of Shihkiuso, 60 miles south-west of Tsingtao and Wanshens. The captain, William Dee, an Englishman, was seriously wounded. The Canadian chief mate and the Chinese quartermaster were also injured, though less seriously.
