(Rec. noon.) CAPE TOWN, March 5. His Majesty, replying to M. Auriol’a message on the signing of the AngloFrench treaty, said he warmly welcomed reaffirmation of the historic ties between the two countries. . He hoped the conclusion of the treaty might lead to ever r increasing collaboration between the two peoples, and benefit the interests of the world as a whole.
