FAILED TO REPORT BRIBE OFFER NEW YORK, February 17,
The State Athletic Commission fined Ray (Robinson, world welter-weight boxing champion, 500 dollars, and suspended him for 30 days for failing to report an offer of 25,000 dollars not to make the weight for his title match with the ex-cliampion, Marty Servo, in September.
