ALREADY ON REMAND
(Rec. 10.10 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 17. Alfred Gilbert, builder and decora-, tor, the man who was arrested after telephoning the bomb warning, was remanded until March 3. The charges were causing public mischief by a false statement to the police on an imaginary crime and wasting electricity by a false telephone message for the purpose of creating needless anxiety. The police stated that he was already on remand on another charge.
