PALESTINE ISSUE FOR U.N.O. ARABS MAY PRESENT OWN CASE (Rec. 11.5 a.in.) LONDON, Feb. 17. In Jerusalem to-day the Jewish Agency announced its acceptance of the British decision to place the Palestine issue before the United Nations. Dr Jamali, spokesman for the Arab delegation at tbe London confeitnce, said the Arabs might present their own plan to the United Nations, or prepare a new plan “ making further concessions.”
