N.S.W. FAST BOWLERS IN CHARGE
(Ree. 8 aim.) SYDNEY, February 17. The New South Wales fast bowlers, Lindwall and Lush, dismissed South Australia in their first innings of the Sheffield Shield match for 90 runs. Lindwall finished with five for 18, and Lush, four for 44. At stumps New South Wales, in their second innings, had scored 242 for seven (Morris 53, Lukeman 59, Lindwall 52, Pettifoni 30; ‘O’Neill three for 52, Noblett two for 47, Gibson one for 60, Ridings one for 24).
