BETTER OFFER FOR STANDARD INSURANCES

There was a good tone in the Dunedin market this morning, but business was restricted to a sale of 100 Felt and Textiles of New Zealand at the better price of 60s 6d, which is equivalent to 80s cum rights. Standard Insurances were marked up by a. buyer at 89s 6d, which, on a cum dividend basis, is an advance of Is. Selected quotations are as follows: —
