SNOW IN BRITAIN

WIDESPREADTALLS LONDON, January 26. After a week during which the temperature dropped to beiow freezing point, to-day brought snow to all Britain. Even Falmouth had a fall, and in the Home Counties farmers had to dig stock out of drifts. Most road* were difficult, _ and many over higher ground were impassable. Paris reports say the Riviera had the first snow for 100 years.
