FINAL DIVIDEND DECLARED ORec. 12.30 p.m.) LONDON,. Jan. 7. The directors of the Union Bank of Australia have declared a final dividend of 5 per cent, on paid-up capital, making the total dividend for the year 81 per cent., less an income tax payment at 9s in the pound sterling. The net profit was £191,590. Dividends absorb £187,000.’ The amount carried forward was £175,086.
