“ SEGDND EXODUS " DIMINISHING ((Rec. 1 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 21. The “ second exodus ” of Jews from eastern Europe, to which a recent British White Paper on Austria referred, has been greatly diminished in the past few weeks, says ‘ The Times ’ Vienna correspondent. The number of refugees arriving in Austria, which reached its highest total of 36,700 in August, fell in September to about 20,000, in October to less than 5,000, and in November so far there have been only about 1,500. The total of refugees throughout Austria at present is about 35,000, of whom more than 30,000 ara in the American zone. > t
