ACID-SPRAYED RACERS
TRAINERS MUST TAKE PROTECTIVE MEASURES (Rec. 10.15 a.m.)' LONDON, November 21. The National Hunt Committee stewards have notified trainers : that cases have occurred of horses at . race meetings being sprayed) with acid. They added that trainers should take precautions to protect' their charges. The stewards received photographs of horses allegedly sprayed, and reports from veterinary surgeons.
