CONTRABAND WINE
A POLICE COMMISSIONER ARRESTED
(Rec'. 10.35 a.m.) PARIS, Nov. 4. It is officially stated at Grenoble that when a road patrol halted, a police first aid truck driven by a uniformed patrolman,, they found a quantity of contraband wine. They arrested the Surete’s central commissioner for Grenoble, 31. Cotton, who was riding in the truck, and who attempted to use his authority to get the, wine past the police check points.
