SNEAD'S RICH PRIZE NEW YORK, September 9. Snead said he won his richest golf tournament by scoring two 69’s jn the Tam o’ Shapter Club’s 10,000-dollai: winner-take-all four-man invitation tournament. Snead’s total, 138, was six under par. Nelson scored 71 and 69, Lloyd Mangrum 69 and 72, and Barron 75 and 67.
