TRIPLE . GG-OPERATIGN URGED (Rec. 11 a.m.) VATICAN CITY,. September 9. The Pope, addressing the Italian Association of Catholic Teachers, said that the end to be achieved was that the family, the-Church, and the State should co-operate by mutual agreement in the instruction and education of youth. He urged teachers to strive to maintain and observe this principle which was enunciated in the 1939 Italian Vatican Concordat.
