DACHAU CAMP DOCTOR ARRESTED FRANKFURT, Sept. 8. : The American News Service announces the arrest of Dr Rolf Puntzengruber, who is stated to be a former assistant of Dr Rasche, who experimented on Dachau prisoners to find out how long humans could live in icecold water, as a result of which 200 prisoners died. He was head of the chemical department of the Bavarian Ministry of Agriculture when American Criminal Investigation Department officers arrested him.
