OFFICIAL HISTORY READY FOR PRESS (N.Z.P.A. Special Correspondent.) (Rec. 10.5 a.m.) LONDON, July 19. The official history dealing with Passchendaele ,is now ready for the Press. Mr Attlee, in the House of Commons, stated that the date of publication depends on the time taken to see through the Press two other volumes. It is likely that it would be completed before the end of this year, '
