NON-CO-OPERATION MOVE
(Rec. 11.35 a.m.) JERUSALEM, July 19. Members of the Jewish Agency and other leaders of Palestine Jewry have decided to start a policy of non-co-opera-tion with the Palestine Government next Thursday. It was decided last Tuesday to make it next Wednesday, but it is understood that the delay is intended to give Dr Weizmann time to complete his discussions in London. If the Jewish Agency leaders and others detained at the Latrun and Rafa camps are released it is expected that the move will be called off^
