TRUSTEES ACT AMENDMENT (Special.) WELLINGTON, July 19. An amendment of the Trustees Act was introduced in the House this morning, and is in charge.of the Minister of Justice, Mr Mason, who explained that it would bring the Jaw on this' subject into line with that of Britain. Last session tho House amended the law relating to intestate estates, ; and the present measure was a corresponding amendment relating to trustees. One example of how the measure would operate related to cases where a husband left his property to his wife, with the children having a vested interest.
