THE METEOR CRASH
PILOT EN ROUTE TO DISCUSS SPEED TEST (Rec. 10 a.m.) LONDON, Jul.x IIJ. It is confirmed that the pilot of the crashed Gloster Meteor was Groupcaptain P. F. G. Bradley. Ministry of Supply overseer. He was flying to Tangiiiere to discuss the forthcoming speed record attempt when the Meteor crashed into a hillside in bad weather.
