DR V. R. NICHOLSON The death occurred recently in Auckland of Dr Victor Hylands 'Nicholson, a medical practitioner, of Auckland, and superintendent of the Nurso Cnvell Memorial Hospital, at Paparon. Horn in Melbourne and educated at the Otago Hoys’ High School, ho graduated at the Otago Medionl School, and was house surgeon at the Auckland Hospf tal before entering private practice In 1928 he accepted an appointment in England as a house surgeon in a large hospital, and just before his return to Mew Zealand last year had a large practice in Coventry. . He leaves a wife and son in England. His sisters are Mrs S. Symonds (Melbourne), Mrs 0. Coulson (Sydney), Mrs F. Marshall (Wellington), and two brothers still living, Messrs John and James Nicholson. of Dunedin. SIR ERNEST LE FLEMING LONDON, July 16.
