UNITED STATES GUT OFF FROM EUROPE (Bee. 8 a.m.) NEW YORK, April 25. Sunspots almost blotted out radio communication between the United States and the rest of the world and also disrupted internal telegraphic services. At 10.30 p.m. yesterday th*. l United States had had no real contact with Europe for more than 24 hours.
